Use these as an easy checklists to determine your dominant dosha.
Give yourself a check for each that rings true and then count the checks in each section—whichever has the most checks is likely your primary dosha.

Vata (Air + Ether)

  • I have a light, slim, or delicate build and find it hard to gain weight.

Kapha (Earth + Water)

  • I dislike cold, damp weather and prefer warmth and sunshine.
