Veda Shakti is a Brighton-based bodycare brand that uses plant-based, Ayurvedic natural ingredients inspired by the ancient Indian tradition of Ayurveda, a holistic wellness system that values balance, nature, and intentional living.

We craft simple, effective soaps, bath and bodycare products using time-honored methods and ethically sourced plant-based ingredients. Every bar is made with care in small batches, using a cold-process method that preserves the natural integrity of the oils and botanicals. Our soap formulas are 100% natural, vegan, palm-free, and free from synthetic fragrances, dyes, and preservatives.

Our packaging is fully recyclable and plastic-free, designed to align with modern sustainability standards while reflecting timeless beauty. These are products made not just for cleansing, but for bringing a little more care and intention into the everyday.

Veda Shakti is rooted in the belief that the way we care for ourselves can be both powerful and gentle. We also believe that natural bodycare can be nourishing, ethical, and affordable.

OUR FOUNDER

Karuna Beckmann is a mother, digital operations specialist, entrepreneur, and student of the Vedas for almost 30 years under the guidance of Srila Bhaktivedanta Narayana Goswami Maharaja and other esteemed Vaisnavas such as Srila Bhaktivedanta Vana Goswami Maharaja. For her, Ayurveda is a way of life and a state of being in harmony with body, mind and soul. 

After years in business and tech, she has added what feels true: working in alignment ancient wisdom.
